Choice 3, assuming you were not holding your breath, is correct.  The number of moles of glucose must first be determined (5.42/180 = 0.030 1 moles), then this is multiplied by 6 to account for the stoichiometric ratio between glucose and oxygen.  From this PV = nRT may be used with the appropriate substitutions.
